The Vow

In the past, we fought,
Our swords clashed against one another,
Rumbling the earth

You wanted her to join you,
But I took her from you,
Returning her to heaven

You are darkness, deceit,
Evil in its truest form,
And because of that, I will never let you have her

Our blades will cross again,
And on that day, I will defeat you,
Hurling you into the lake of fire

This poem is based on Uriel from Love for an Angel. It’s his mission to defeat Lucifer and to ensure he never touches Lana again. However, for those who are reading the story, you know what happened in chapter 13. Needless to say, Uriel is angry and confused over Lana’s actions. Too bad he doesn’t know Lucifer was controlling her :O
